How do you order?

Ordering online is simple. Add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, and when you’re done proceed to the checkout and follow the easy to understand steps to submit your order. A member of our sales team will then call you with a shipping quote if applicable and confirm payment details.

Alternatively, call us on 07 5522 1891 between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday and a member of our friendly and knowledgeable sales team will handle your enquiry personally.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment is accepted by:

  • Visa and Mastercard credit cards via phone.
  • Credit Card via PayPal
  • Direct Bank Deposit

How does delivery work?

We offer door-to-door delivery Australia wide. Items are dispatched from our Burleigh Heads warehouse, or directly from our suppliers in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.

Our smaller items are shipped via a national courier service and larger items by specialist Australia wide road transport services.

Does Someone Need To Be Home To Accept Delivery?

In most cases it is important that someone is available to accept delivery and sign the proof of receipt. Furthermore, all deliveries are kerbside, that is to your front door only. For larger items such as vanities and baths, someone must be available to give assistance to unload. We recommend having your order delivered to a work address if you are unable to be home during business hours.

How much is delivery?

We are committed to offering cost effective shipping with no compromise to reliability and safety.

Tapware, showers and bathroom accessories ship free-of-charge to anywhere in Australia so long as the value of the order is $100 or greater. Orders of these items that fall below $100 incur a $20 charge to anywhere in Australia.

Larger items will be quoted on a order by order basis and depend on the size of the order and the delivery location. Our sales team will happily give you a shipping estimate. Simply submit your order online, submit an online contact enquiry or call us on 07 5522 1891.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Of course quality is paramount to us here – never forget that the bitterness of poor quality will be remembered long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten. All of our suppliers are rigorously scrutinised to ensure they meet the highest standards. And all products meet the relevant Australian Standards and come with comprehensive manufacturer warranties.

Can I change my mind and get a refund?

Studio 6 offer a 7 day cooling off period in which you are entitled to change your mind. Within 7 days of receiving your order, you are welcome to request a refund of the purchase price less any shipping charges. The goods must be returned in their original condition including all packaging materials. The cost of the return delivery will be at the purchaser’s expense.
